Dear ISWC2004 Author,

1. Contrary to the ISWC2004 and LNCS Author Instructions available on the web, authors DO NOT need to submit hardcopy of their papers to us. Note that copyright forms still need to be sent.
2. Authors must submit ALL source files necessary to reconstruct the paper. This includes all image files, tex files, bib files, etc.
3. Authors will be required to review an electronic copy of their formatted papers on or about September 23-27, 2004. Springer Verlag will contact authors directly with further instructions.

PREPARATION OF FINAL MANUSCRIPT

The ISWC2004 proceedings will be published in the Springer Verlag LNCS series (http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/index.html).
Instructions for preparation of camera-ready manuscripts can be found in the Authors Instructions subpage at http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html

LNCS publications are now published in both hardcopy and full-text electronic version. You are therefore required to submit your camera-ready paper in both hardcopy and electronic format. The page limit is 15 pages total (including references, etc.).

The HARD DEADLINE for the camera-ready version of your paper (hardcopy and electronic version) is Monday September 6. If your paper is not available then, it cannot be included in the proceedings. We therefore advise you to not wait until the last moment to prepare your camera-ready copy.

What to submit by MONDAY SEPTEMBER 6:

Following the LNCS Author instructions, please submit the following to us:

	(1)	Single-sided printout of the final (camera-ready) version of your paper. (NO LONGER NECESSARY)
	(2)	Completed copyright form.
		The volume editors are: Frank van Harmelen, Sheila McIlraith and Dimitris Plexousakis
	(3)	Source (input) files: (i) For example, LaTeX2e files for the text and PS or EPS files for figures. (ii) Final DVI file (for papers prepared using LaTeX/TeX). (iii) Final PS file (please avoid using the option "reverse order"). (iv) Final PDF file (if possible). (v) RTF files (for word-processing systems other than LaTeX/TeX). (vi) Any other files necessary to the recreation of your ps/pdf file.

Please note that your paper will only be published if at least one of the authors has registered for the conference, and if we have received payment before September 6.

REGISTRATION

Recall that one author must have registered by the September 6 deadline, and early registration closes on September 20 for authors of accepted papers.
